I grew up working in my family's business. That's where I learned that survival comes down to one thing - having a system that reliably brings in clients. When that system breaks down, everything else breaks down with it.

I spent the next two decades in sales and marketing, corporate email, CRM implementation, lead generation...watching capable people lose good businesses because they never solved that one problem.
