Check the email address you just used to book. You have a confirmation with your time slot. You also have - or will have shortly - a short intake form.
Fill it out and email it back to me before we talk .
I mean that. The intake form is not optional background reading. It is what I use to prepare for your specific call.
Without it I spend the first ten minutes asking you questions we could have covered in advance. With it I come to the call already knowing how your business operates and we spend every minute on what you actually need to know.
It takes about ten minutes to complete. Do it now while the call is on your mind.
If I do not have your form 48 hours prior to our call, I will cancel our call. This is so that we're both prepared for our time together.
If you don't see it, check your spam folder and mark it as not spam. That makes sure my emails reach you going forward.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE CALL
We are going to look at how your week actually runs - where your time goes, what you are doing manually that you should not have to, and where AI gives you the most leverage in your specific situation.
You are going to leave with a list. Not a general overview. Specific tasks, in priority order, that you can start handing off to AI immediately.
Come ready to talk about your business. The more specific you are, the more useful the call will be.
