I launched my first consulting business in 2001, right in the middle of the dot-com crash. Bad timing. Good education.
I grew up working in my family's business. That's where I learned that survival comes down to one thing - having a system that reliably brings in clients. When that system breaks down, everything else breaks down with it.
I spent the next two decades in sales and operations watching capable people lose good businesses because they never solved that one problem. Now I help small business owners solve it - using AI to build the kind of predictable client acquisition system that doesn't depend on referrals, luck, or hiring people you can't afford.
